Here at Computer Manuals we have spent the past 15 years
selling computer books via mail order and honing our expertise
in the area. Unlike most companies when you call us you
will not be speaking to just another call-centre
representative. Our sales team don't just sell the books,
they know the books. If you need advice about which
book to choose, or whether a book covers a particular topic,
just contact us and
we'll use our knowledge and expertise to find the right solution
for you. Also, our IT staff are always on hand for those
really awkward questions.
We understand when ordering on behalf of a company your users
can often give you partial or slightly incorrect
information. This is another area were we can help, with
our intimate knowledge of the books allowing us to locate the
exact title you need from literally scraps of information.
Also it is worth remembering, if it's not listed on the site in
most cases we are still able to supply, If we can't, we should
be able to tell you who can.

We keep a very large range of the titles we sell in
our warehouse, which are available for despatch as
soon as we get your order. Non-stocked items take a
little longer, but we do send them straight to you on
the day we receive them.

within 24hrs
All orders received before 4.30pm UK time (4.00pm for
guaranteed service) are processed on the same day;
items that are in stock are despatched same day, and
non-stock items are ordered same day from the supplier
to ensure that we can send them to you as quickly as
possible.

if you need something urgently, we can organise this
without needing to make special arrangements.

needs, especially when you don't have it right there
in your hands. If you find that the book you've bought
isn't what you expected, our exchange
policy allows you to return it to us, and be
